‘Zoba “Dr. Zee” Madueke is a professor of research methods, management, leadership and organizational behavior with Columbia Southern University. An experienced educator with 20 years plus of practical and theoretical research, applied management, leadership and organizational transformation expertise, with vast international experiences. He brings both real-world and academic experiences to student-centered collaborative teaching and learning. Professor Madueke is the founder and the principal consultant at NathArthNuel Management Group, LLC. A professional, productive, self-sufficient, efficient, effective business leader, chair, advisor, mentor and consultant that serves to elevate businesses, individuals, and helps others achieve their goals and life missions. He is the author of Regressive Leadership and Governance, co-author of Youth Entrepreneurship: from job search to business ownership and self-sufficiency; co-author of Approaches to Empirical and Theoretical Research Studies and has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed journal articles.
